Who receives my contribution?

Idealistic Solutions LLC, the company that builds and runs CareMesh.

Is my contribution tax-deductible?

No. The recipient is a company (an LLC), so contributions are not tax-deductible.

What is the money used for?

Building and running CareMesh free for hospitals: servers, SMS reminders, phones and training for pilot wards, translation, and security reviews. The transparency page shows the planned split.

Will hospitals ever pay for CareMesh?

Our goal is that hospitals in low-resource settings never pay. Contributions are what make that possible.

Do you store my card details?

No. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

How do I cancel a monthly contribution?

Use the link in your Stripe receipt email, or the manage page on this site. Cancelling stops future payments at once.

Can I get a refund?

If you made a mistake, write to us at the contact address and we will sort it out with you.

Is CareMesh already used in hospitals?

Not yet. The software is built and tested; the first pilot on one hospital ward is next. We will report progress on the transparency page.
